About the event
In these community cooking classes we will come together to create beautiful, easy and delicious meals together. We will focus on making meals that are simple, quick and easy and will make your mind and body feel amazing, but in no way compromise on taste and flavour. These classes will be based around community and connection. Coming together to cook and share a meal is one of life’s great joys. Cooking can be such an act of self love and self care. Along the way we will learn about nutrition and eating to fuel our bodies in a way that will help us feel our best, both physically and mentally. We will be using and learning about ingedients that have a positive affect on our mental health.
