About the event
Join us for an evening of intuitive movement and exploration of body and mind. In this workshop we will self-examine the fluidity of movement and the impact it has on our state of mind. Centred around mindfulness, this class is perfect for both beginners and practised yogis, respectively. Drawing on elements of yin and gathering flow from vinyasa, this class will utilise trauma-informed language and Sanskrit to form asanas.
Lauren completed her 200 hour teacher training in Nepal and specialised in Astanga Yoga. She has practiced Yoga and Meditation in India, Myanmar and Indonesia. She has a background in Ayurveda and Yogi lifestyle and welcomes any communication you may require regarding her class.
